Project Planner & Administrator in Manufacturing Environment Using MS Project

- The successful candidate will support the program management team to prepare and maintain schedules to meet contractual/project requirements.
- Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends utilizing program management software.
- Coordinate cross-functional development of project plans and interface with team members as required to fulfill project obligations.
- Maintain records and data for multiple projects and programs.
- In addition to the primary scheduling and planning duties some administrative duties will also be included. These will include file system management and light reception coverage.
Requirements:

- Experience working in an AS9100 controlled engineering environment is required.
- Managing multiple projects administrative and scheduling details simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-disciplined at managing tasks needing to be completed on a timeline.
- Ability to follow-through and interface with team members participating in required schedule projects and activities.
- Lead, manage and publish project meeting results, actions, and milestones
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- MS Project is required, and expertise will need to be demonstrated.
- Abilities must include cross-linking separate projects and managing an integrated multi-leveled project.
- Responsible for creating, and maintaining multiple project schedules.
- Development of MS Project templates
- Project updates, analysis of Critical Path, Cost, Scope, and Resource impacts, and ensuring accuracy of project reports.
- Preferred candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in tracking and analysis of project information using MS Project.
- Multiple project and office administration experience
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
