Senior Customer Service Analyst

San Diego, CA

An International Fashion Footwear Company is seeking committed and qualified candidates who are detailed, self starting, and highly organized for their senior level Customer Service position.

 

Key Job Duties:

 

  • Manage orders from beginning to end
  • On-time customer order entry via EDI processing, coordinate product shipment including sample ordering and tracking, process cancellations, and issue returns
  • Bulk order entry, on time cancellations, and follow up
  • Working together with sales reps to manage client relationship with respect to product, sales, shipment, cancellations, and returns
  • Ability to effectively interface with customers and various internal and outside contacts
  • Work with warehouse on product routing
  • Attendance at trade shows as required to support sales activities

 

Key Job Requirements

 

  • 3-5 years experience in the field of customer service
  • Must have prior experience with EDI processing and working with major department stores/retailers
  • Strong computer skills – specifically MS Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with occasional late nights and weekends
  • Ability to manage time and work under pressure

 

Priority goes to those who have:

  • Prior experience in fashion industry and/or production/distribution/warehouse
  • A Bachelors Degree/College Certificate
