Professional Customer Service Representative needed for a fast paced medical sales environment. This person will be first point of contact for sales orders and technical support and acting as a liaison between the customer and the sales, engineering, shipping, accounting and leasing departments.
Key Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction
- Provide liaison support during pre-delivery times including activities within order processing, customer relations, and sales support
- Research and respond to customer
- Responsible for coordinating post-sale functions
- Responsible for entering all domestic sales orders.
- Develops procedures for domestic order entry and correspondence with reps and rep groups
- Central contact for team of 50+ domestic sales representatives
- Coordinates shipment and tracking of demonstration units
- Tracks inventory of consignment warehouses
- Collects customer financial information
- Maintains daily correspondence with leasing staff
- Provides light technical support for medical products
- Processes RMA's for all domestic medical orders
- Researches domestic shipping methods
- Responsible for initial training and some delegation of tasks to other customer service representatives
Key Job Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy in Windows/DOS environment.
- Must be able to read & write in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years minimum experience in a Customer Service call center environment
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Effective communication with technical and sales staff
